How it works.
Lenore Lane provides a timeless bridal experience from creating one of a kind designer floral arrangements to preserving them into forever keepsakes. Pressed flat in a floating frame or preserved with silica gel to maintain as much of the original color and shape as possible, I will help you find the best way to treasure your flowers forever. If you are local to the Upstate you may drop your flowers off to our Liberty location at a predesignated time. *Out of state brides will be given specific shipping instructions that must be followed exactly or risk voiding the contract.
****Your fresh flowers are perishable and must be overnight shipped within 24-48 hours of your event to ensure the best quality product.

+How does the preservation process work?
Your fresh flowers are placed in the flower press or silica gel as soon as I receive them. The drying process takes up to 10 weeks for both methods and then another 2 weeks for design and construction for a total of 12 weeks give or take.
+Will my flowers look the same?
While the silica gel does help to retain the best color and shape possible, for both methods, please note that not all flowers dry the same color. Reds almost always turn darker, and pinks tend to fade. Whites can sometimes appear translucent and may overtime “yellow”. If you have any specific questions, please don’t hesitate to ask
*** I believe there is beauty in the imperfect so I do not color enhance during the preservation process
+Why do my flowers have to be overnight shipped?
I know overnight shipping is expensive, trust me, but it’s the ONLY way I can guarantee that your flowers will arrive to me fresh enough to produce a quality product for you. I would hate for you to lose your bouquet because it ended up in a shipping loophole and rotted or got moldy before arriving to me. All shipped flowers MUST be overnight shipped or risk voiding the contract. I can’t stress this enough.
+Help! My wedding or event has already passed, can you still make a preservation piece for me?
Yes, have no fear Lenore Lane now offers recreation bouquets. Additional charges apply and vary based on original bouquet flower selection. Additionally I can also work with your air dried, silk or wood flowers. You will need to send in a photo of the original bouquet/arrangement so I can provide you with the most accurate results.
+Is your booking fee refundable?
Sorry no. Your booking fee is just that, a booking fee. It is not refundable. I have committed time for your event/project and said no to other clients. I understand things come up so I will always try to offer to move your reservation to another date if possible.
+Do you offer discounts?
Yes I offer 25% off for pre booked bridal preservation orders if you book your wedding with Lenore Lane. Please also look for seasonal sales and discounts.
